Couple Questions

in WWII Online: Battleground Europe

Is there battles always going on, so that when you sign on you can just go fight or do you have to wait for one to start?

Does it take a long time to get to the battle and if you die do you spawn close to the battle or how does that work?

Sniper, do you just start the game as a sniper if you want to be one or do you have to work your way up to it?

    There is usually battles always going on, although they range in size and scale.

    Time to battle also varies. As an aircraft you may have to fly some distance to get to the target. Usually as infantry it doesn't take too long if there is a mobile spawn.

    You start as a rifleman with 100 rounds of ammo, 4 grenades, 2 smoke grenades, a knife, and an ammo pack. Snipers are unlocked as you rank up, but the rifle is better IMHO.

    There is a war going on. This is the 24th? campaign since 2001. The allies have pushed teh Axis back to their side of the map, but they have developed the TIger and and heavy Anti Tank Guns and are producing more 88s, so the campaign is far from over. There are fights someplace and many fights at different cities towns villages always. It is a persistent battlefield till one side is defeated.
