Character naming in ESO?

Anyone know how the character naming will work in ESO? Like will everyone have a unique first names? Or first and last names have to be unique? or something else? Just curious how important preordering will be to reserving a character name, since it's all on a mega server.

I forget the exact rules. There are no official "first" and "last" names, but I think you can have up to a 3 part name. I don't think special characters are allowed, and you can't use any letter more than twice in a row.
That's about all i remember.
