    I managed to get mine!  There are actually about 1500 right now.

    I think you get one if you are in the que.  I received that message also, and ended up getting mine.  I signed up when they had 5k

    im in the que. I had a key for last weekend. Will that work on future beta tests or will i need this new one..if i get one?

    You need a new one every weekend.  Apparently they are not giving anymore beta keys at this stage.  You will need one for every weekend, unless you get a full invite to the next stage.

    I had a key for the last few betas and decided to get one just in case. It said they have 9k keys left now, maybe something happened or they got more.

    I am hoping for better optimization for sure.  They are still going through them quickly.  They have went through at least 7000 keys since I got mine.  I know that last 5000 keys of the earlier giveaway were gone with in an hour.
