    I just google the timezone in question (which shows you its current time at the top of the search results) and then compare it to my own.

    Anyway, any clarification on whether this giveaway is only for Americans or not?

    Yes it is. Why would they list the time for every single time zone, that would just be obnoxious. They add EU time and then someone from Australia complains etc. I guess they could list GMT but nobody in the states pays any attention to that so US specific stuff doesn't generally work that way.

    I don't think its going to be beta access.  They have already done an open stress test which gave a lot of people the opportunity to get into the game and try it out, and will probably continue to do that so folks have a chance to test the game.  If I had to guess they are going to give signed collector's editions of the game away along with the announcement that the game is set to launch some time in early to mid may.  Just my feeling :)
