  So, nope, nowhere close to you. Buuut if you seek fellow players, google for "The Older Gamers". I am 42, so as I see close to your age. TOG has many nice gamers, and I am sure TOG will open a TESO guild as well. It's a big guild, too so you may easily find people from your area, I guess. ^^
