EVE online EU starter pack?

I was planning on making an alt for EVE but I'd want that cerebral accelerator booster, and currently I cant find how to get it in EU. Amazon says US customers only, and I dont want to get it on Steam because of reported problems with the client through Steam.
Anyone knows how to get it digitally in EU region? The starter packs contain a booster item that highly accelerate your initial skill training.

I use http://store.markeedragon.com/index.php?cat=4 for stuff like that, they just mail the code to you and you put it in at the eve-online web site.
