wanting to make a new fleet..

I was thinking bout making a new fleet but I don't have any friends on the game to do it. dose anyone want to help/or be part of making a new fleet?

    I have a character that is a federation that is not in a fleet. If you email me in the sto game and let me know when your going to be on i can get on and help find ppl. Once you create your fleet i will leave,  I leave this character open for ppl who are looking to make fleets, Since you need a full group to make one.
