I'm trying to remember the name of an old game...

It was for Sega genesis(I think).  you play as this ghost, and you try to scare people from the house. and every time you scare them, you get this green blob, letting you scare longer.

I'm just browsing through some roms and for some reason, I remembered that one and now I really want to play it again...

anyone know the name of it?
