EliteClanWars.com is proud to present the first ever Dota 2 tournament for Fall 2013. We are overwhelmed by the immense response from the Dota 2 community for The International 2013 and we’re looking forward to contribute to the eSports community. The tournament is free to play and open to any participants with a maximum limit of 32 teams. The signups are first-come-first-serve basis. This tournament is sponsored by MYWWIG.com and they are going to provide cash prizes to the respective team captains.
First Place: $250
Second Place: $125
Third Place: $100
How to Register:
Team registrations are now open and will close on August 31, 2013 9PM EST. To register go to the following site: http://www.eliteclanwars.com/index.php?p=league&id=358
1. All players on your team must register an user account on EliteClanWars.com to get started. You need to also enter your SteamID on the account.
All players including any possible stand-ins must register and provide their STEAM ID for Anti-cheat purposes. You can have a maximum of 8 players registered per team.
2a. For team captains, you must create your own team. You can do this by clicking the ‘Create Team’ link on the right side.
2b. For team members, you must join a team by clicking on the ‘Join Team’ link on the right side.
3. After making your team, you must register your team for the Dota 2 Tournament here: http://www.eliteclanwars.com/index.php?p=viewcomp&gameid=114

We got 32 teams!! We are happy with the support from the Dota 2 community!! Registration will be open until we have all team members from all the teams registered. By registering you will get information about future tournaments via email. The original end date for registration still stands.

Registrations have closed but feel free to sign up on the site to receive information regarding our next tournament. We are very happy to see the turnout. Close to 50 teams have registered. Currently, we are in the practice weeks. The tournament will kick off from Monday, September-16. You can check out any casted games at: http://www.twitch.tv/wwigtv. Follow the twitch channel and tune in for some Dota 2 action.
