  Haaaaay Murt, I got a very newbish question for ya.

  I'm really wanting to work on making a personal SIG... what program(s) should I use? Something that's not uber-costly, I be poor...

  Check out Adobe Photoshop 7.0, and Jasc Paintshop pro 8.0

  togethor they cost around $1,000 -- you can get them...WITHOUT that dent in your savings...email me, for i dont want to say it on here
