Cannot Create a New character!?

  Today I decided to log back into GW2 for some fun.  My wife and I decided to start new characters.  When we get to the last step (step 10, naming your character), we click start and the game gives us a Code:42:0:0:0:101.  I can log into any of my existing characters with no problem.  I have checked my end.  I have port forwarded everything needed.  I also made a new character a few weeks ago.  So, I know it's most likely not my end.  Anyone else have this issue?  If yes, how did you remedy it?  Thanks in Advance!
