    I am actually the "Admin" - or the owner and creator of the site. 

    I have a few staff though - JustinJoseph, Djin, KillerTwinkie, Daedelus, Twister, Cohh and Lantore.  They basically moderate the boards and post news...except JJ who does some graphics work and Daedelus that writes reviews.

    You should see a "Start New Topic" button when you enter the guild forum.  I just tested it with a security level 1 account (same as you) and it worked ok.

    something strange happened, I tryed to start a topic twice and it didn't work, that's when I told you to check it out. Now when I rechecked it about 3 h later my two topics where posted.
