    Can download the patcher but you cant patch the game yet =-) Guess we wait! Thanks for the heads up.

    I played in Beta 3. Do I have to re-download the whole game client? I notice when I used the launcher, it says it "cannot complete version check"

    yes, uninstall the client from phase 3, and download this one

    Why am I able to log into SE account management but not the beta tester forum? I do have the phase 4 key registered, and my account was in use during 1.0 release.

    Think you need a forum account cannot recall how now was in the original beta letter. They are all separate you have to log in separately.

    having the same issue. except that i can actually get into what looks like a failed to load forums page, ie., the only html it has is links to various parts of the forums: no images, no details, etc. and when i do click on a link it simply boots me back out to the login screen.

     

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    when it fails to load because you are not logged in, click the login button. It will take you to the square enix account system where you will log in and be prompted to choose a forum handle - which is not the same as your SE id.

    So we can start downloading the new client? Man when game gets released my connection will be awful lol I need someone to download and rip a copy on cd and post it to me :(

    Same issue here, log into the forums and it's all basic HTML.  When I click a link, it sends me back to account log in.  Rinse, repeat.
