Who We Are                 

Fulcrum is an adult oriented company focusing on PvE and end-game content. We look to provide an adult gaming experience for those players looking for a group of people who are not exactly casual, but aren’t the hard-core players involved in the competitive PvP teams

The founders of Fulcrum are experienced gamers. We have been in positions of member, officer, raid leader, team leader and even company and guild leader. We have been members of guilds and companies from the range of casual to hard-core raiding groups. Because of our ages and experience we formed an organized group of players for that in-between area of casual and hard-core. We will provide an environment where Fulcrum’s members can come and be a part of a family oriented, but serious company of dedicated players.

Fulcrum is not promising you a gaming community or a family. Our hope is that with the right people these concepts will develop on their own. But this will take effort, patience and dedication on everyone’s part.

We are also not going to promise you that we will be the server’s elite or most well-known company. That’s not even our goal. We simply want a group of adults with similar interests who enjoy gaming and are interested in sharing that experience with others on a serious and adult level. Over time, if that puts us on the elite level, great!

Governing Body                          

Fulcrum is a board-of-trustees based organization, and will never be treated as a dictatorship. Chiefs-of-Staff are appointed over several teams focusing on such responsibilities as crafting, finance, raiding, recruiting..etc… We have several positions to offer so that not just a few people are burdened with the entire responsibility of the company operations. This allows most people to take part in being a part of Fulcrum and not just a member.


Fulcrum Events                            

RAIDING: Since Fulcrum is a PvE focused company, we will be looking to raid the game’s content weekly once your primary character is of level. Raiding is not required, but strongly encouraged. We look to equip our members with the rare equipment found in raiding.

Off-Day Gatherings: Fulcrum looks to have at-least one day of the week where we group together and do map clearing, material gathering, achievement goals, or tempt the FATE System. This allows its members to have at least one event where they can hopefully group with Fulcrum members if they are not able to attend the raid.

Loot Distribution: Loot distribution will be determined by a loot council. The needs of the team will be the primary focus of the council. Factors including attendance and commitment will be weighed heavily. A member’s primary job will be considered first before any alternate jobs will be allowed to receive an item.

What we expect of you                 

We expect all of our members to conduct themselves in an adult and honorable manner. The best attribute you as a member can have is patience. Impatient attitudes will not be tolerated and are highly discouraged. On the other hand, lazy and uncaring attitudes are frowned upon just as much. All members will be evaluated during a 2 week trial membership before being granted a full membership. The full membership will be voted upon by the board members.

We expect all of our members to be involved in some way. We WILL NOT allow lazy members who do nothing but take from other members’ kindness. We encourage all of our members to be involved with something that will benefit the company whether it be crafting, raiding, team leading, event leading, etc….

We expect input and suggestions. Fulcrum’s belief is that we will only grow through the ideas and suggestions of our membership as whole.
