Canned responses

Considering the same 6-8 topics continually come up in Pub on a rotating basis, why not allow users to create canned responses to avoid a lot of unnecessary typing.  Let's be realistic, nobody is going to sway anyone elses opinion and typically we're all talking past each other, this would simplify things a great deal.

So whenever the following topics come up, I hit my "Canned Response" button and it's inserts my predefined 2 cents:

  • Group vs Solo
  • PvP vs PvE
  • Consensual PvP vs FFA PvP
  • Old games were better / New games are better
  • F2P vs P2P
  • My top 10 list
  • Sandbox vs Themepark
  • Casual vs Hardcore
You can even put their opinions of these topics in their profile so we know where everybody stands.

    If you're not interested in a topic, no need to reply to it. Instead, why not create some new, fresh topics to generate different discussions?
