I know that there is no perfectly balanced mmorpg as far as pvp is concerned but which one's are the best ?
Im not into Eve and I don't like gw2 because of the lack of endgame.
I've was looking at Rift but lots of people saying it's not balanced for pvp.
Is WoW one of the most balanced ?
I will be playing a healer / support type.
Please help.

Somebody, somewhere has better skills as you have, more experience as you have, is smarter than you, has more friends as you do and can stay online longer. Just pray he's not out to get you.
Arguably GW1 & 2 are the most balanced. Very few MMOs balance their games for PvP, literally almost none. WAR / DAoC isn't bad, but they're both balanced around group play. GW1&2 are kind of balanced for both solo (hotjoin / roaming) and group play.
Aside from that, I'd probably look at one of the MMOFPS titles.
If you're dead set on a fantasy pvp game.. then possibly Age of Wushu (which isn't balanced at all, but if you feel like grinding long enough you can essentially buy all the skills available).
The simple truth is, if you want a game focused around endgame progression, it's going to have crap balance (because they need to constantly shift the power lvls to make you feel like you're getting stronger each update). If you want a game focused around good / balanced PvP, it's going to have limited endgame (because the focus is more on the pvp than endgame progression).
- This is essentially a case of "you can't have your cake, and eat it too".
He specifically said he's not interested in gw2. WAR, DAoC, and GW1 are all either dead or the only people left are the diehards that will hold on to it till their dying breath.. not a place you'd want to be as a new player. The rest of your post is just garbled nonsense.
But he did specifically say he was looking for something and you just told him to wait.
@OP If you want to play something, RIFT is pretty balanced..pretty fun game.
DAOC has a decent population and while it is one of my best memories, the game is very dated.
I have friends that still play WoW and are consistently successful in just about every class they play in PvP. It really just matters your playstyle and how you like you to play your toons.
If he absolutely must have a game right now I'd have to go with RIFT as well. Otherwise I'd still say to wait.

Considering WoW is one of the few games that has an arena with an active community I would have to go with that.
I can read.
He specifically is asking for the most balanced games, and I was pointing out that he's both discounting arguably the most balanced pvp MMO on the market (GW2), but also seems to be focusing himself around games that are not designed to be balanced.
I gave other examples of games that focus more on gear progression, and while they may not have balanced PvP (for the reasons I also stated), he might enjoy them anyway.
Otherwise, (also stated in my post) he's going to have to make a decision between playing more 'endgame' focused games, or more PvP focused games. It's as simple as that, and I don't think waiting is really going to change that. There's only so many resources that can be thrown at a game, we've already seen some extreme cases, and they still are always forced to focus their design on one or the other. There's a reason heavy PvP-focused games don't tend to have a focus on endgame progression, and visa versa.
