Starting Over

in Aion

Okay so I started over in Aion and went to download the game. The launcher gets stuck at 12% and after a while it says [update error] cannot download file. So I restarted the launcher like 5 time and uninstalled and re installed it like 3 times now and nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

    I downloaded yesterday.Did not have any problem. Once I found the download page(which wasn't easy).
