I would probably buy this over the Shield too. The Tegra 4 is going to be noticeably faster, but it has pretty much the same feature set as the Tegra 3.

I was going to buy this if it was somewhere along the $100 range...But since the consumer version of Occulus Rift is supposed to be less than $300, I would use my money on that instead....
Edit : You guys are also missing the point of the shield. You can use your PC with an NVIDIA graphics card and stream your game to that Shield just like how you can remote play on your Ps3+ Vita
