Ever buy a game (or download a free 2 play mmo) and sit there waiting to choose a server, hoping you choose a good one with good people that are helpful and not just jerks that flame you when u ask a question. Ever hate joining a guild that you know no one? Ever hop from guild to guild trying to find one that suits you and your play style? Have you ever quit a game that you liked but could never get help from guildies or even find a guild that you liked? Well I am here to tell you there is an answer. Grievance is an online gaming community that spans many games.

Grievance is a family-oriented online gaming community. We have a very rich and honorable heritage that spans many games over many years, during which Grievance has proven that one can have a very rewarding gaming experience, yet have a life as well. The concepts of family, honor, and loyalty are hallmarks of Grievance and are expected to be upheld and respected by all members.

 

Grievance is an adult gaming community, 18+ only. We have many long term members. This is no start up guild. We were formed in October 15th, of the year 2000. We were not always known as Grievance, but the membership has been strong and growing! We are one of the few trademarked Guilds in all gaming communities. We are comprised of singles, married couples, retired people, military members, college students and people located through out the US.

 

When you join Grievance you join a family. This family spans many games and even on opposite sides of the same game. Grievance is always a strong presence in games they are in. Grievance even has a real life get together, like a family reunion. We have this every year. We have a strong management support for each game, not same leaders in every game at one time.

 

We at Grievance are always looking to expand as anyone would expect. The larger the Grievance community the better it is. Wouldn't it be nice to start a game at launch and have a lot of Grievance members log in with you on the same server and same side? Imagine the friendships you will make with such a strong gaming community.

    Greetings,

    I’m Lotharen the Guild Leader for the Grievance Rift Chapter. We are currently a level 16 guild looking to maintain a large presence within the game.

    Our first step is to fill our ranks and maintain a firm foothold within the game. We are looking for active dedicated players that enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with a family feel.

    We plan to take part in all aspects of the game, from PVP, Dungeon runs, and of course raiding. We have players in all level ranges and expect an influx of new players once the free-to-play model is introduced.

    If we sound like a community you would be interested in joining please register on the site and post an introduction in the Grievance Rift recruitment forums. Someone will respond to you as soon as possible and get in invited to the guild.

    Are you guys active in Firefall at all?

    While we don't have an Embassy,  Guild, or Clan set up for Firefall, I've talked to several people recently that have been playing it on the side!

    Are you looking for a family, friendly guild that puts real life a family before game? Then Grievance may be the guild for you! Grievance is a multigaming organization with guilds in many games. Our members uphold the values of Family, Honor and Loyalty and will never force you to pick a game over real life. Plus we are just a bunch of all around cool people to hang out with .     While I don't currently play and of the mentioned games I have to say that your community sounds like the kind that anyone who wants to have fun with a great group of people would join! And if I ever get around to playing any of those games (which is very likely) I will definitely be looking you guys up! 

    I know Warhammer 40k Eternal Crusade is a ways off but have any of your members talked about it since the announcement? I will most definitely be looking for a solid group of people to play that with. (solid as in good people who like having a good time, I could care less about skill level)

    Hello Everyone!!!!!!

    Over the last few days we have had a huge explosion in growth in Grievance in Rift. Many already in their 50s, and a few of us (myself included) new to the game, and the higher levels are being so wonderful and helpful, patiently answering questions... helping with bags, donating low level crafting materials... it has just been wonderful. Everyone is so social in Teamspeak and in guildchat. Not once have I felt ignored. Quite the opposite.

    Come to Grievance and remember what it was that made you fall in love with MMOs in the first place.

    I joined Grievance in anticipation of a MMORPG coming out later on. I saw folks in a family-style guild who seemed to accomplish something my past guilds couldn't do....raid as well as stay family-oriented. Since then, I've hopped on a few games that the guild has a presence in. It's been great! I'm currently playing in Rift.

    Grievance is building multiple projects outside of gaming, due to the range of talent of folks here. We have a large Teamspeak server and folks on chatting at all hours. I'm a father of two boys with autism, and I've met others in the guild walking that same road. Several folks connect on Raptr, Steam, etc.

    In short, I've found a new community of wonderful folks that I've been privileged to share fun times.

    I, too, have had my share of guild hopping and dealing with not finding a proper place among any of them. I stumbled upon Grievance in search of another guild to see if I could find a place. I instantly found a home and a family upon joining them.

    Gaming has never been the same since my joining and I enjoy it much better than ever before. Why not come be part of an amazingly open-minded and mellow group of people?

    Indeed. We are always looking for players to join us in raiding level 60 content. Right now we have TDQ on weekly farm and are working our way through frozen tempest but we need more players to make it a consistant dungeon.

    Thamin here, the new recruiting officer for our Rift faction on Wolsbane server! We have a very mature guild that spans the distance between casually-leveling couples to raids.
