It could be that it isn't a chat server feature, so it might not be implemented in NWO yet (it definitely will though, Cryptic likes to share features like these across their games), or you're being spammed by sellers whose sites haven't been blacklisted yet.
They don't even have a report button in this game, and yet they keep systematically banning large chunks of their playerbase. Not a smart move imho. GG Cryptic.
It's ok, knowing PW I'm sure they're perfectly fine with pissing off large swaths of the player base as long as the whales keep paying for $40 top tier mounts and $160 for fully upgraded runes/enchantments to rock out in PvP.
