I figured this would be the place to ask since I'm going to be playing mmorpgs with it and I'm sure there are a ton of people here who know about building PCs better than I do.
There is one catch though, all the parts have to be from newegg.com!
Any help would be appreciated.

The old parts you are reusing should be listed as well, as some may / may not be suitable to be reused. Like a PSU thats 5+ years old, or DDR2 memory, ect.
List the name and specs of what your reusing. You can build a decent system on $800 bucks, but it will be worth $0 if the old components drag it down or even worse damage the new stuff.
Go an all AMD setup - intel are better chips, but the new new amd chips are pretty good for the price.
So
Quality brand am3+ motherboard - e.g. asus or gigabyte, don't get their top ones though, those are for servers or xfire setups
Amd 6300 or 6350 (the 3 is important, do not get a 6100 under any circumstances) which will give performance on a par with the last gen of i5s
AMD 7850 from a good manufacturer like asus, his or sapphire. Preferably a factory clocked one which will be near enough 7870 performance but cheaper. (or nvidia 660gtx if you have a bit more cash)
4 or 8 gb ddr3 ram
A quality 500w or so power supply, e.g. rosewill or one of corsair or seasonics higher rated supplies.
A big, medium quality case, like a $50 one.
A decent fast hard disk like a Samsung spinpoint or seagate barracuda.
Any old dvd drive
Ssd is a nice to have, but not a need if you have a good fast hard disk.
Just to answer you OP tho.

Total around $700 after $70 in MIR. Taxes and shipping not included and may vary depending on where you live. Thats also assuming the old parts you are using are up to snuff. You could always jump up to a 7870 to get closer to the $800 budget. Or get a better KB / Mouse, an HDD to go with the SSD, or new RAM or PSU if you need it. I left a little wiggle room.
Thanks for the reply guys, and sorry for the delay. Here are the parts that I have, they are about 2-3 years old.
Power supply:
Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775W
RAM:
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Video Card
Galaxy 57NKH3HS4GXK GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Thanks again.
not true. The ram is good enough to work with newer mobos.
Why are you looking to buy a new system, anyway? Did the old rig die, or were you hoping to upgrade it, or what?
A GeForce GTX 570 should get you performance in the same ballpark as a Radeon HD 7850 or GeForce GTX 660. On your budget, you're not going to get a new video card much faster than those.
