Can't login to Aion...

Ok, this is seriously starting to get annoying. I've tried to login to Aion since last night but it constantly says "id or password doesn't match". I've reinstalled the game twice, changed password 3 times, email address 3 times and nothing works.

The heck is going on?

Help please!
