Wow, didn't think it could make it to the $800,000 goal.

I dunno, personally I only give money to AAA companies. Sometimes they make a bad product, but often times, the quality (and quantity) are far better. Indie games all look rather cheap. But thats just my opinion.

I (unlike others) actually like Call of Duty, and it comes out once a year...so I always have a new Call of Duty game to play. Much better than waiting 5 years (or often more) for a new game to come out. I hate waiting. And everyone hates on EA, but I really enjoy Mass Effect (all of them) and Simcity is great. And everyone hates Diablo 3, but likes Path of Exile...which I thought was far more boring.

Me, I've played FAR more indie games that I get bored of (very quickly), compared to games made by AAA developers. Plus, indie games have terrible graphics (sometimes the art styles are unique, but mostly just terrible graphics). And graphics are probably most important thing for me.

But hope these guys succeed. Personally, I only buy games and support AAA companies. But, each their own. I don't want anyone to fail at making a game and being successful, I just prefer AAA games.
