Another question might be, how will they balanced the factions so you have 3 equal forces? Its easy to see based just on race that you are going to have an imbalance.
Maybe each faction should only allow X number of people in it? Its all ready being done with races.
P.S. In case someone says "But you can play any race." You are going to join the faction your friends and guildmates join. That limits your choice to 3.
