you start with 3 factions, but you can create your own factions feature sitll in the works. This feature still in the works.

cross breed animals feature as well which is nice  :p

    True that, but I wouldn't call them really a faction since it doesn't work like a faction. More like a red would be unltima online. They are murderers since they aren't in any way working "together".
