Look
a friend of mine bought guild wars , he finished it twice and now he wants to give it to me!
Will i be able to play or should i buy a new one?
I know you'll anwer to buy a new one but please tell me if i will be able to play with my friends cds
*he wants to use his account too.

err...how do you "finish" guild wars???
what you want to do is not allowed by the game company. most likely you wouldn't both be able to be online at the same time with the same account.
buy your own copy.
Unless you buy your own copy you won't be able to play at the same time. You can use his cds to install it on your computer... and you can use his info to play it on your computer... but the account can only be logged into once.
Only only thing you actually need is the CD-key. You can download the client from the internet. That cd-key is locked to his account. You have to use his account in order to play without buying a key/game yourself. This means you can't play with him on the same time.
