Right now, I would say Rift is the best PvE MMO on the market. The raids are fun even though I don't raid much anymore, and the dungeons are superb. Great PvE game. Another good one IMO is EQ2, had a lot of fun in that game, but you will have to play a lot of catch up or find a progression raiding guild to really enjoy it.
EDIT: As Tyfon said, AoC is another strong choice, I enjoyed that game as well.

All the dungeons and raids (especially the Kithai dungeons) are awesome.

There is no such thing. It depends on my mood.
If i am in a star trek mood, STO.
If i am in a D&D mood, DDO.
... you get the drift. The notion that star trek is better than D&D, or vice versa, is just not very useful.
