Playing on the PS3

in Final Fantasy XIV

I am really interested in playing this game, and I only won a PS3 (my PC is Linux [Ubuntu] and I do not have Windows).

In my country, the PS Store is not accessible but we do have access to the PSN. Will I be able to play this game on the PS3, specially since the game has a monthly fee?
