Good MMORPG With Raids!?

Are there any good MMORPGs out there new or coming out soon which incorporates a large raid system with a bunch of people? I am a big EQ, EQOA, EQ2, SWTOR player and looking for a new adventure now until EQ3 comes out. Something in particular I am looking for is big raids or atleast 8-16 player raids. Fantasy-RPG type is always welcome in my eyes, LOTR, EQ, Dungeons and Dragons style is fine. Anything out there like this now or coming?
