Fewer Stickies and Longer Lists of Displayed Threads

I would like to suggest that fewer stickies and longer lists of displayed threads be considered for the various game forums. This would help reduce arguments between posters over “repeat topics" and make it easier to find the topics you want particularly in active site forums. Overall, it would help the general feeling of a positive community being present as well. I would point to GW2 as one example on site where stickies take up nearly half the displayed threads and a few topics have been posted repeatedly as posters were unable to find the original subject threads due to the clutter and arguments resulted.

    You can customize how many threads are shown per page (and posts per page) in your User Profile.

    EDIT: I've also unstickied the Refer-a-Friend thread in the GW2 forums as it appears that was only a temporary promotion.
