Combat like league of legends, but open world mmo?

I'm looking for an open world mmorpg with crafting etc that has combat like league of legends, is there such a thing?

    I dont know if youve looked at path of exile, its not so much a open worl as it is instanced, but it is a mmo with that style of play. Theres also D3 but *sigh* not as good as PoE IMO.

    I played path of xile, problem with games like that is that they don't have the open world feel and there's no crafting.
