Windows 7 install

So I finally built my computer and was able to use a USB keyboard to get into BIOS to change the boot option to peripheral. So I get to the windows 7 where it asks for language, time, and keyboard method. Do I need a mouse to go through this? Does it need to be a PS/2 mouse or can it be a USB mouse? Or should I be able to use my USB keyboard?

Thanks.

Edit: Turns out windows 7 does not recognise USB 3.0 Ports. I just plugged in my keyboard to the front.

You shouldn't need a mouse, arrow keys or tab should work fine for the menus.  If youdo use a mouse, ps2 or usb will work fine.
