  Its nothing like WoW. The RvR is one of a kind, and imo the best out there. Unfortunately, its very rough for new/casual players to establish themselves in RvR.  The experience grind is complete torture.  Good luck in trying to get 50 by yourself whilst slaying the same spraggon 1 billion times.

  You apparently haven't played in a while. Catacombs cut the grind down to next to nothing. We recieve feedback fairly often from people asking for a way to turn off experience gain so they can level slower. I've played both WoW and DAoC, and while WoW still levels a bit faster, DAoC isn't that much slower.
