MMORPG similar to Runescape.

Hello there. Recently I have become bored of Runescape because i know i have no chance of being one of the top players. So I am looking for a game quite similar to it.
Criteria: Leveling up multiple skills, not just combat.
Recent release date. (Less than a year ago.)
No story line. I want to be able to choose what to do.
I don't want it to be an easy game that I can max out in months or even a year. I want a long-term game.
Please, do not suggest private servers.

Why not try the games supported by facebook like Godswar Online and there are even tons of Online game that can be found in facebook.
You can try Dragona Global Online, it's a free to play MMORPG.

RPG MO, it's a 2D browser MMORPG that plays very much like Runescape Classic, which is the main inspiration of the devs. It's a very new game, too, and you can play it on an Android device as well.
It's not exactly the most advanced game out there, but it for sure is the kind of a game you appear to be looking for, seeing that the skill system is rather similar to Runescape's.
