I found this on steam too....But in small print it tells that it requires the base game. So is the the payed base game or the F2P base game, and does this come with 30 days free, everything unlocked or is it just a gimmick.

Well technically yes. What i meant is that my account is not eligible because it already has all the expansions unlocked on it, so they didn't bother sending me the mail.
