Free FPS with the least amount of Hacks/exploits

Greets

 

Been playing APB reloaded and was talkin in group, they talked about the hacks of APB and how they're on YouTube.

 

Now let me say this right off the bat:  I Am Not "Vet" Enough To Tell If A Player IS or Is NOT Hacking.

Needless to say after a half hour of watching vids i was pretty sick to my stomach, so to speak.

 

i know that there are some FPS Vets up in here, so I'm asking for your Oppinions.

 

Looking for a free to play first person shooter that's fairly balanced as well as has few to No hacks.

Don't care of style of FPS, but would like to be kinda like APB.

 

Any Ideas?

    i know how frustating it can be playing an FPS game with hackers everywhere, there is this FPS i would recommend, i've been playing for a couple of years now, it's called AVA online, its pretty good and hacker-free.
