black screen then game freezes

in Guild Wars 2

i played the beta no problem. then like everyone else couldnt play this morning. after the game finally came back up i did a quick update then typed in user name and password. after i click "i accept", it goes to black screen then freezes. anyone else have this issue? im usin dual amd hd radeon 6800's.

    Black screen is usually a driver issue or some said the server was actually down 2 hours,so you might try again.

    Also start very low settings first,idk if GW2 has it but many games auto detect to at least get you started.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

    i updated all drivers and even did an uninstall and reinstall. same issue
    wife is playin right now and has almost the same setup. just different video cards. wonderin if it isnt an amd thing
