in Guild Wars 2
anyone else ordered gems and not received them?,the gem store let me order some this morning and my paypal payment receipt came via email but the gems dont show up,i cant login to official forums atm so cant find any info on this.

    this morning around 3am EST i purchased and the Gems shown up as it should. I do not know the current situation since I am on.

    ok thanks for reply so once ordered the gems should just show up i dont need to add a code or anything like that?like i say i have been billed for them but nothing shows up.

    It's possible they don't add them until the payment "clears", which could take a few hours.  That has been the case in other online games with cash shops that I have played.   For my CC, sometimes things clear right away, other times there is a delay.  I dunno why.

    Same thing happened to me, i ordered gems yet havent appeared for me, its been around 6 hours now...

    aye maybes the case but i did use paypal and my  online banking  shows the deducted amount anyway thanks ill just wait and see what happens im sure there will sort it.
