1.  Is there any social hub/guild HQ where you can hang out with people without being in combat?

2.  Does this game have a set amount of land with guilds able to take over and fight to remain in control of land sort of like in EVE? What do you get for controlling areas? Resources or something?

3. When defending facilties can you purchase automated defenses like turrets or NPC soldiers?

4. Can you go inside bases and like take control of turrets like in Battlefield 1942/2142

5. What kind of experience/leveling and advancement system does this game have?

6. Is there any sort of PVE, non combat activities, dynamic events or lore/quest type stuff?

Thanks in advance

     A. Each continent (here will be 3 at launch with more to follow) has a safe  foothold for each empire at the extemities. A platoon would use this to recall to to regroup, before setting out to battle in an tank column for instance.

    2.  Does this game have a set amount of land with guilds able to take over and fight to remain in control of land sort of like in EVE? What do you get for controlling areas? Resources or something?

     A. There are 3 continents for launch (see above). The continents are large and covered in contestable bases and outposts. Each base or outpost owned means you are rewarded with resources which you use to purchase vehicles and infantry consumables.

    3. When defending facilties can you purchase automated defenses like turrets or NPC soldiers?

     A. Facilities have fixed destroyable anti-tank and anti-air turrets. There are no NPC's at all :)

    4. Can you go inside bases and like take control of turrets like in Battlefield 1942/2142

     A. You certainly can.

    5. What kind of experience/leveling and advancement system does this game have?

    A. Each kill, assist, heal, repair, base capture and base resecure gives xp. Xp counts towards battlerank and certifications. You use certifications to unlock weapons and abilities. For instance, you might use certs to unlock a  4x scope for your rifle or whatever.

    6. Is there any sort of PVE, non combat activities, dynamic events or lore/quest type stuff?

No PVE but there are suport roles to be taking. For instance, medic to heal/revive , engineer to repair or galaxy pilot to transport troops.

    Thanks in advance

ps if you decide to try it out, hook up with an outfit. They'll provide structure to the game and help you out finding out what is what.

Can you upgrade the fixed turrets or repair them once they are destroyed?

You said you get resources for controlling land, what happens if your faction is doing terribly,  can you lose the ability to purchase vehcles completely until you reclaim some? Also on the flipside if yout faction owns most of the map, how much of a difference will all these resources make?

Are there any global buffs for controlling certain outposts or any guild wide upgrades that can be purchased. Like upgrading the health for all tanks in your guild permenantly?

In addition to vehicles can you use resources to call down airstrikes, emp blasts or similar area affect abilities that dont come from a player themselves?

    Thanks

Ah, don't know the answer to these questions .... I do know speaking from ps1 experience that the reason fo having 3 factions is to prevent 1 faction becoming too powerful, but how exactly resources fit or influence the equation, I don't know as yet.
