If the parts were new (not used!), you could maybe justify:
Core i5-2500: $180
Asus P8P67 LE: $100
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3: $40
GeForce GTX 570: $250
Cooler Master GX750: $0 (it's a piece of junk!)
1 GB WD Caviar Black: $80
Antec Nine Hundred Two: $90
Whatever optical drive you have: $15
OS license (assuming it's legal): $100
I'm not sure about peripherals. But if everything were new, and someone happened to be looking for exactly your rig, you could probably justify $1000. Bring that down some to compensate for being used, and that there probably isn't anyone out there looking for exactly your rig.
Why are you looking to get rid of it, anyway? If I saw someone trying to sell recent parts like that used, I'd suspect that the power supply had been causing problems and the other components might not be in good working order as a result.
What city are you in?
Selling because I'm moving to Japan Quizz, and yeah, that PSU is a POS; though still doing well after a year. OS is a legal 64 bit Win7 Pro with DVD.
I'm in Montreal, Canada Huskie.
I'm thinking 700-800 (CDN)bucks would be a fair deal.
Be careful with your pricing on CL. If you keep dropping the price until you get nibbles you will be inundated with creeps offering you 40-50%. If you have a few weeks you can try selling for 700. If 2 weeks or less I would list it for 600. Any less and I would just put it in storage until you get back.
Fair price is not what most people pay on CL.
Can you not fit in a suit case? I am off to Brazil and im taking my PC with us, becuase its not worth selling, vs what i can buy over there. Even if its a case of leaving the case and taking the inards.
