Well, another road block and the movie based on WoWs popular lore takes another standstill.

This time, vowed director for this movie Sam Raimi drops out after concluding the upcoming movie OZ: The Great and the Powerful.

Bah...i so want to see a movie based on WoWs lore...oh well...

Don't worry, you'll still see it, probably earlier now that the Hack that is Raimi has dropped out.

They might actually get a good director now! Yay!

WoW would suffer greatly from what Raimi would have done to the movie, it would have impacted Blizzard very negatively.

Raimi is incapable of creating a serious movie, and in recent years incapable of creating a good movie in general.

This is the best news I've heard all day! :)

Raimi is ok if you want a cheesy horror flick like Evil Dead. But I'm glad he won't be directing the Warcraft movie.

Haha, I appreciate the joke, but Uwe Boll has been denied the rights.

"I got in contact with Paul Sams of Blizzard, and he said, 'We will not sell the movie rights, not to you...especially not to you. Because it's such a big online game success, maybe a bad movie would destroy that ongoing income, what the company has with it."

He could add a surprise twist ending where at the end of the movie, the camera pans out and some dude logs off.
