Lf a action f2p mmorpg

I would like an action mmorpg that is f2p plz dont mention it if it is p2p or korean.Unless u can give me a kssn lolz.I tried vindictus and dragon nest but i didnt like them cause they were dungeon crawler/instance based,and i like a open world.Also i did like aida arena cause they had good grapics and teenage characters.Anime syle grapics are awsome like divina or fiesta or eden eternal.But with like dragon nest play style.Plz list all the action mmorpg games u can think of though as long as they arent p2p or korean ty.image

    Fallen Earth is about the only other options... or waiting on Tera to die and rebirth as F2P.
