Hello guys, first i want to sorry because i don't know if it is "legal" to ask this here. Anyway, i dont know where to ask.
I'm looking for a new head phone about 100-150$. Mainly for Listening to music.
i'm thinking about buying this one:
I have a big volum of Bose at home and it is really good.
But idk though. I don't know much about these stuff. There are more good headphones out there but i dont know which one to choose. Any Suggestion?
Thanks ^^

I've bought tons of expensive headphones over the years. As far as sound + comfort (I wear glasses - so I need something that doesn't push in the ear pieces), nothing has ever beaten my Logitech G35's.
I need something mainly just for "sound". I want it to cover my ear, not on ear. the Logitech G35's look to me more like a gaming headset. it has tons of button on there, i dont like that, i want some thing just a headphone with no button, has a great sound and cover my ears.
What about Steelseries 7H with the USB soundcard? This can be a good idea if you don't have a soundcard installed. On Hardwareheaven this guy compares them to the Sennheiser 360, which are in another pricecategory. And he actually give them the exact same amount of stars. I had to chose between the two of them. I actually ordered the Sennheisers first, but without a soundcard installed, and not affording to buy one alongside the pricy headset, I was really fearing that the extra quality would go to waste.
Long story short the place I bought them effed it up and the sale went back. I bought they 7H and I think they are good. I did find that you'll need to find a setting for the equalizer that you like, as the presettings are all over the top.
I bought the A40 wireless from Astro Gaming last Christmas, and it was a big let down and super pricey ~$300. The sound and voice quality is fine, but when they say wireless, they mean 10x more wires that any wired headset will ever have. It was a huge headache setting up, and I could never get anything other than the voice to work on my XBOX 360. I tried getting help from their customer service several times and they would always ask me the same questions and then just stop responding. It was truely the worst customer service experience I have ever had and cannot imagine anything that could top it. I ended up just not using the whole wireless part of it and just plug it directly into my pc.
Unless you go to pro gaming competitions and have a team that is scattered all across the gaming floor you don't need this.

Does the SteelSeries fit around your ears without actually touching the ears? I bought a pair of Plantronics that are 'ok', but after awhile they really hurt my big ears.
I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.
Yeah the ear fits inside the cup so to speak. I also think their classic design looks really good. I like that the mic is hidden away nicely. On the Sennheisers the mic is sticking upwards like an antenna when not in use, which was an issue that kept me on the fence.
Have a look at the various Sennheiser headsets in your price range.
Dunno about 7H, but i got Siberia v2 and they fit around the ear without touching and can be held on the head for hours upon hours without any pain afterwards and they have a flexible retractable mic and the best part is, they're really afordable!
Oh, i noticed the OP was looking headphones for music... then i suggest something beyond Steelseries as they're first and foremost for gaming, they ain't that awesome for music as they are for clear sounds for games.
Thanks a lot guys. There's something i still kinda worry about is that, these headphone look kinda .... for gaming. 'Cause i see they have usb, button, and mic. I really just want a headphone that just for music. I will not use it for gaming since i like using my speaker. I will only use the headphone im about to buy with my ipod for listening to music only.
Why not use iPod ear hangers, or any of the earbuds available for that exact thing? The price range would be lower and the quality seems like it would be just as good.
** edit **
A very convenient Bluetooth headset could be purchased for a very comparable price. Around $60 or so.

i want the headphone because with those earbuds and ear hangers, those hurt my ears and they cannot reduce the sound from outside.

Gotcher. To be honest, I don't know that this is a great site to look for such information. While the gaming headsets are certainly going to be passable, possibly even good, they're not going to be designed with music in mind so much as sound effects. Your mileage may vary, as they say.
You might ask at a local shop that specializes in audio equipment. They probably sell car audio stuff, but they may have home audio stuff as well, including headphones. There, you would be able to try them out on your noggin to see how they feel.

Don't know if it will help, but these are my next headphones.

I have a bose speaker and it pretty good. ive never used the heaphone type though.
While they would be totally out of the average consumers price range it's really too bad you can't get access to the Bose headsets used by the government. Those things are the best quality headsets I have had the pleasure of using. They also happen to be the most comfortable due to the silicone gel pads used. Then again, as I previously mentioned, I recall hearing them cost thousands of dollars each so I guess you get what you pay for.
More on topic, I haven't used those specific Bose headphones but all others have always impressed. I currently use the Bose earbuds for my workout sessions.
