Download and upload speed are 0 i tried closing the launcher..

trust me its not stuck at 12.. it happens to me too .. it just goes fast from 1 - 12% and then from 12 - 100 takes like 10 - 16 hours to install/update/download... so just have patience and leave it on overnight

Yeah, At about 12% it runs into the first of several super huge files which stalls the progress bar until they are complete. After the first it will instantly jump to like 38% or something like that and then stay there for a while as it downloads the next big file.
