I need to know at what point in my Character's life will i get AOE?

Hey playerz.  I see a lot of people using AOE attacks and i get really eager to learn how to use them.  So, can sumone save me hours of guessing and lvling, and tell me at what point i will get my AOE attack for my mage? I just wanna know HOW to get it, and WHEN i'm qualified. I'd appreciate it a lot if i got a reply, thanks everyone!
