Iron Front: Liberation 1944
Seems like a new and awesome game will be released soon.....
This game looks very interesting who is into military games and this time with a world war 2 theme.
The engine from Arma 2 was taken, but there seems to be a lot more realistic vehicle gameplay in IF '44.
In this video they explain that they will offer some kind of damage model for tanks i.e. certain rounds cant penetrate certain armor thickness.

Cant await to see huge battles online with 100+ players.....hope the game will hold its promises.

This is probably a better video which describes the overall gameplay and what you can expect. The first video I posted was more or less about the dmg model, but this is actually one of the major strengths in tank combat. It looks like this could be one of the best world war 2 games on the market, besides Battleground Europe/ww2onlien which is an mmopg but shows its age in these days.

Never heard of this before. However:
ARMA2 engine and some of its elements can be seen so far (happy to see the map to navigate with)
Realism / Milsim
A combined arms style of play: Infantry, Ground and Air vehicles
WWII arms and equipment
Eastern Front for epicness
... Call me interested.
Watched a few more vids of this thing. Yeah, definitely can fly and have air combat. There's even anti-tank guns. Good stuff for a great FPS and WWII fix.
