Pixel Mafia enters the fray [PvE/PvP] [PvE Server][EU]

Guild Information:

Pixel Mafia is a guild established by long term gaming and real life friends, we have a strong emphasis on community and having fun, our members are all MMO veterans that have been playing for the better part of 10 years through pretty much all of the major MMO titles.

We created this guild as we felt there was a gap in what pve server guilds in Europe had to offer, and we feel that we can fill this gap, and offer people a great enviroment in which to explore and enjoy everything that TERA has to offer.

Goals for the guild:

Pixel Mafia wants to be the best we can be, without giving up on our real life commitments, we are all people with former hardcore gaming backgrounds, who have gotten older, but still enjoy MMO gaming,

but instead of spending 7 nights a week on it, we use our experience to make the most out of the time we do have online.

This means that we expect people to show up when they sign up for something, and we expect them to be prepared in every possible way, in return we will provide the best possible surroundings for semi-hardcore progression

Community:

As we are an international guild, with many languages, countries and cultures represented, we expect every member and recruit to respect peoples differences, but also encourage them to get to know each other, as we firmly believe that the strongest guild, is one where friendship and a sense of belonging is at the core of everything

This also means we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to guild drama, if anyone is found to disrupt what we feel is appropriate behaviour, they will be removed from the guild.

Recruitment:

Currently we are recruiting all classes, we do not have a set goal memberwise, but we will only recruit people that we believe will fit into our mindset for gaming.

We enforce a strict 20+ age requirement, we are aware that there's people out there who consider themselves to be mature, unfortunately we have learned from experience that 9 out of 10 times this is not the case, therefor this requirement.
