I chose Mesmer, but I am honestly torn between that and the thief.
ranger for me.. but unless you wanna tell us what you like I don't know how we can help YOU decide =P
Ranger, then Mesmer, then Thief...unless of course that may change in beta when I find a new favorite.
Guardian for the guild, 100% sure.
Warrior for myself soloing about...
But I'll be playing Mesmer, Ranger and Thief as alts

Mesmer, Thief and Necro for me. Hope beta helps me narrow it down a bit
There will be an inordinate amount of thieves, given what I saw. This is but a tiny sample
I might go back as ranger, or focus on mesmer this time around! Loved mesmer in GW1.

I think he means a strong support class which the guardians seem to be right now. Either that or maybe his guild is light on people wanting to play guardians... would be my guess.

thats my point tho.. there is no NEED for a specific prof. He should play the warrior like he wants to
From what I heard it is 5 character slots.
we actually dont know yet, the thoughts are from 4-6 but I think most people assume 5 as the beta's have had.. but I want to stress this has NOT been specified by Anet.. in fact they have said they don;t know(not those exact words but close enough)
Mesmer and Engineer.
I am intregued by a stealth Mesmer in PvP (Second most stealth to Theif) and loading the battle with copies of myself... because PvP is always better with more of me.
Engineer at first seemed really limited with weapon choice, but I want to see how a multipack engineer can do. Dual pistols, grenade satchel, and tool pack gives 15 abilities not counting class specials and room for a turret and elite skill.

I'm really interested in the thief class, the videos make it look like a blast.
I am hoping to play all or at least most classes during beta so I can better figure out what my main class will be.
necro or mesmer. but the idea of playing a warrior with a shield and not having to be a tank is very appealing.
I've got the straight edge.

The moment I saw the Asuras animation and the video of the egineer my first class and race was picked lol. I will try others of course but this will be my first.
I'm going Charr Engineer.... then likely a Human Elementalist like I was in GW1.
