After listening to tons of advice and such, this is what I came up with. Any thoughts or opinions or suggestions? ^^

I don't think you really intend to get two each of a bunch of things.
If you want to overclock the processor at all, then you'll need an aftermarket cooler, such as this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065
There are a lot of others that will work. I just picked one arbitrarily. But the stock cooler is terrible.
And if you don't want to overclock the processor, then you can save money by getting a Core i5 2500 (without the K) and a cheaper motherboard.
You could save some money on the power supply by going with a 650 W version instead. You'll never need more than that unless you're planning on doing something very unusual.
Getting 2133 MHz memory is a waste of money. The performance difference between 1600 and 2133 MHz memory in real programs basically amounts to a rounding error--and a small enough rounding error that sometimes 1600 MHz "wins" due to rounding errors. Even the difference between 1600 and 1333 MHz isn't much.
The hard drive is only 5900 RPM, which is slow. Depending on your use, that may or may not matter at all. If you like to install 20 large games and bounce around between them, then a lot of them will have to be on the hard drive. If you only play one game at a time, or mostly play games that don't take up that much space, then you'll be able to fit all your programs on the SSD and it won't matter how slow the hard drive is.
You still don't have an operating system license, which you will need. If you're buying an academic version elsewhere or something like that, that's fine. But don't try to pirate it; it's not worth the trouble.
looks good, I'm guessing you have a grapchis card?
Remember... all I'm offering is the truth. Nothing more.
Doesnt look bad at all to me.
Personally I would probably go with a bit cheaper case, DDR3 1600 RAM, Go ahead and get a 7200 RPM speed HD for around the same price as the 5900 rpm.
I didnt see a video card or OS so I assume you already have those. You dont have a CPU cooler listed either? Going with a stock cooler?
This is just my opinions and others will differ.
The case is nice but not needed unless you just want that case, you can save some money there. No real need for the RAM, DDR3 1600 or 1333 would be fine and would not have to be OC with your mobo, save you some money there. I personally dont buy any 5900 speed HD, bulk storage or not. If all you ever planned on doing was storing bulk data on it then sure, but can you really say thats all your ever going to do with it?
Overall looks good I think. If you have the money to spend on a bit of fluff then go ahead. If your looking to save a few bucks here and there then get a cheaper case and RAM, put that money on a better 2nd HD.
My opinion only
Ugh, I messed up again failing to list I already had the GPU.
As far as getting 3rd party coolers I figure I can do later down the road after assembling and all that stuff so I don't tack more on to the essential build.
The liscencing I am still searching around at. Hoping to find one on sale or something.
The list should be updated to not have 2 or everything.
As far as the ram, I was looking around at 1600 and seeing as this was the same price essentially with a coupon code thing from newegg, I thought this would be the better choice.
I don't see a promo code on the memory, and 1600 MHz memory doesn't need to cost anywhere near $70 for 8 GB:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007611%20600006127%20600006069%20600000261%20600006157&IsNodeId=1&name=9&Order=PRICE&Pagesize=20
As far as memory. I am having a hard time picking some that people don't think are bad choices. If you can suggest some please let me know.
The code for that memory is EMCNFJC56 if I'm not mistaken. Takes about 10 bucks off.
Changed the HDD to a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136073
I would go ahead and get a coolermaster hyper 212 cpu cooler. Its $26 on newegg.
Having to go back in your case at a later date to reinstall a cooler to save $26 bucks isnt worth it to me. Buy some 1333ram and put the savings on the cpu cooler if money is a factor. Other ways you can save as well. Cheaper case, cheaper psu ( same brand and model just lower W ), non K edition cpu if your not overclocking, Cheaper mobo if you not OCing, smaller secondary HD ( especially if going with a 5900 speed for bulk data).
Changing that alone would get you an OS and a cpu cooler with money left over probably.
Looks good to me but I'm biased because I have something very similar sitting under my desk atm (box number 4 is its official name atm lol).
You might wanna look at what cooler you may add later then look at the ram again. I only mention that because Ripjaws will fit under something like a Phantek PH-TC14PE-pickyourcolor ... but if you look at some of the other "large" coolers they may not.
If you are just using the stock cooler it won't really matter. But yes you could get some slightly cheaper ram if you aren't really going to OC anything.

This plus the hard drive change should net you the money for OS and CPU cooler I would imagine, or close enuff.
why are you getting the tx 750 when the ax 650 can be had for around the same price. you dont need 750w with single GPU and double GPU is pretty much pointless unless you do some weird shit.
get 1600mhz ram. 2133 mhz not worth it/.
for your SSD grab a samsung 830 or ocz vertex 4 imo.
