Why was there no "Return ot EvE 5 days" around Dec 2011 or Crucible?

CCP used to have one return to EVE for 5 days every December or January (or new expansion)
Why was there none this time? All I got was "Return to EVE, for only 7.49$" however when I clicked it, logged in and what not it said: 9.99€ (yes dollar to Euro, massive difference in pricing!)
Anyway anyone generous to spoil me with a plex? (Not gunna happen but w/e) - Hamztar

They did a $9.99 for the first month promotion which brought me back. That was December 8th I believe. So, no free 5 days but $5 off for the month. Whatever - it was worth my $10. No, sorry, no extra plex for j00.
